No equipment needed for this full body sweaty workout! Just use a bench in your local park or garden, alternatively you could use a step up or bench at the gym! I completed this workout 3 times for a full workout of about 25 minutes. It’s most fun if you do it with a friend (especially if you get embarrassed easily like me!).
Make sure your form is right, and if you need extra breaks between exercises then feel free to take them. Additionally, you could do an extra plank instead of the sit ups if the ground is really wet or muddy- just make sure to get those abs working!
